Vera Vita is the outreach branch of Practical Missions Cohort in Italy which serves to evangelize the lost and help disciples of Jesus grow in grace.
Very little quality Gospel literature is available today in Italy compared to the US. Yet in God's providence, there are, in any case, some wonderful ministries doing some great work to translate and publish important works: Coram Deo, Alpha & Omega, BE Edizioni, IFED, Cristo Regna, etc...
A serious problem still exists, however. Most Italians have never heard the Gospel, are not saved, and have no desire to know the Bible, the things of God, and the way of the Christian life. Sadly, they think they know enough and the Roman Catholic Church has baptized the populace and taught them to believe that all is well for them. They don't seek out quality Gospel literature, largely because they don't know they need it.
Vera Vita helps to fill the gap because we focus on meeting the everyday person to evangelize them and see them saved. We produce tracts to saturate towns and stir the people's hearts to begin thinking about God their Maker. We produce booklets and articles to help curious souls dive deeper into various Gospel-related topics. Further, we connect the everyday person to trustworthy Italian ministries like the ones listed above. Lastly, we produce digital content (audio & video) via the Vera Vita Podcast which features Bible exhortations for everyday living.
To sustain this aspect of the PMc ministry we must maintain printers, purchase paper, and run the recording studio. If you desire to keep this ministry growing and expanding, please consider partnering with PMc by designating a financial gift to Vera Vita Press.
