Join Us in Italy: Become a Long-Term Missionary

Are you passionate about spreading the gospel and discipling the nations? We invite you to consider joining our church plant team/cohort in Italy as a long-term missionary. This is an opportunity to make a lasting impact in an unreached place that desperately needs more Biblical and healthy churches planted. While short-term mission trips have their place, the best way to have a true impact in Italy is via long-term faithful Gospel ministry that produces healthy local church communities that become led by Italian men.
About the Mission
​
Our mission is to labor to be the hands and feet of Christ by operating as a sent-out missionary band that is a small reflection of the body of Christ on a specific mission in unreached Italy.
​
Together we evangelize the lost, make disciples of Jesus, plant Biblical & healthy churches that reflect the character of God in a lost world, and build up individuals and families to live rightly under the Lordship of Christ as instruments of His grace in this world. We labor to see Italian men trained and equipped to become fellow elders who can lead, feed, and nurture the body of believers when we move on.
As a missionary with us, you'll be part of a dedicated cohort/team committed to:

Planting Churches: Establishing new Biblical churches in cities and towns across Italy.

Discipleship: Mentoring and nurturing new believers to become mature followers of Christ.

Community Outreach: Engaging with the local community through various evangelistic initiatives.

Cultural Integration: Embracing and understanding Italian culture to effectively minister within the context.
Why Italy?
​
Italy is not only known for its picturesque landscapes and delicious cuisine but also its spiritual barrenness. Most Italians today have not heard the Gospel of Jesus Christ in its entirety. Many Italians are searching for meaning and purpose in life, presenting a ripe opportunity for sharing the gospel and making disciples. The problem is that evangelical Christians make up less than 1% of Italy's population and most Italians have never even met a true Christian. The people of Italy have many questions about God, faith, the Bible, the church, etc... but few are the people engaging them with the truths of God's word.

Requirements

A personal commitment to Jesus Christ, love for God & the church, and compassion for the lost.

A robust comprehension of the Bible, Sound Doctrine, and Biblical Theology.

Approval and commissioning from your local church and elders.

Ability to raise funds.

Willingness to learn Italian (language training can be done on-field).

Flexibility and adaptability to cross-cultural environments.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.

Long-term commitment (typically 2 years or more).

Willingness to receive on-field and ongoing missionary training via the PMc Academia.
